You just destroy people's completion rate because of features that require multiplayer/connection and you can't do it because of dead multiplayer/servers. Not impossible if you could find a way to make it work off your local clock, but there are no WB servers up for this game anymore, so you can't see whether or not they check for ping authentication. You'd have to simulate a ping to the WB servers with time-last-logged-in vs time-now so the game could calculate how much scrap you got.

Long answer: Making a mod like this would be tricky. I've looked into this and the short answer is 'No.'
